Bid packages are now available for Bid No. 10-24 “American Recovery and Reinvestment Act: Rehabilitation and Resurfacing of Various Cecil County Roadways”.

The project consists of the rehabilitation, milling and resurfacing of Blue Ball Road (Bridge CE0021 to MD 273, approximately 1.2 miles) Dogwood Road (MD 213 to MD 545, approximately 0.75 miles), Leeds/Elk Mills Road (MD 545 to end of county maintenance, approximately 3.1 miles) & Old Elk Neck Road (US 40 to Jones Chapel Road, approximately 1.0 mile).
