Description Cecil County Government Purchasing Department

Request for Proposal

Proposal packages are now available for RFP No. 10-10 “Banking Services”.

Required services include, but may not be limited to depository services, disbursement solution such as zero balance accounts, electronic banking and other general banking services. The successful Offeror must be eligible to do business in Maryland and preferably should have at least one full service banking facility in Cecil County and preferably in the Elkton area. Security of public funds is of utmost importance and the successful candidate must demonstrate strong financial resources and excellent management practices.

Bid proposals are available for review on the Cecil County web page (http://www.ccgov.org/index.cfm) as a .pdf document.

Electronically submitted bid proposals will not be accepted. Bid proposals are provided on the Cecil County web-page (http://www.ccgov.org/dept_purchasing/index.cfm) as a PDF document for all vendors to download. All vendors wishing to submit a proposal shall obtain an original set of documents from the Cecil County Purchasing Department. Changes or addendums to this proposal and or other documents, will be posted to the proposal documents on the County web-page and sent directly to vendors who have obtained an original set of proposal documents. The County is not responsible for information obtained from sources outside the Cecil County Purchasing Office, including downloads from the County web-site. Vendors obtaining electronic copies of the proposal documents will be directly responsible for obtaining updates, changes or addendums either from the updated web-page or by contacting the Purchasing Office.
